1. Ethical Egoism This Monday morning my study group meet to go over the home work for chemistry at 8:30 am. I have had a long weekend so I wanted more sleep. I then continued to hit the sleep button on my alarm. I did not make it to the study groups until 9:50. This was ethical egoism thinking on my behave. I had homework due soon for a class. I tried to complete the assignment, but my boyfriend had other plans. He played his video games and metal music as I tried to do my homework. I cannot focus when there is loud sounds and distractions in the room. I asked him to turn it off but he continued to play. He turned the sound down because he wanted me to stay, but it still didn t help. I had to go to a different room. This was ethical egoism thinking on my boyfriends side. My mom did not want me to get my ears pierced. I on the other hand did. I kept asking her and asking her but the answer was always no. One day when no one was home I pierced my own ears. I hid it from my parents for quite sometime, until I wore my hair up exposing the piercing. My mom then made me take them out and make them close up. This was ethical egoism thinking on my side. 2.
